Additional information / how to qualify:
Young people are supported to apply for Band One housing through Manchester Move prior to and after their 18th birthday. They qualify through an assessment by their allocated worker.
Care leavers get to practice independent living with taster flats
Additional information:
The base of the Leaving Care Service can accommodate up to six young people and provide group sessions supporting independent living skills.
