Details:
The scheme is available to anyone at risk of homelessness or who is homeless. The councils provides an upfront deposit directly to the landlord and this is held in the council’s name. The rent in advance is also paid to the landlord and the tenant repays its value back to the council via an interest free Credit Union Loan.
